Function defining the surface characteristic of a planar rectangle

Function rectangle computes the X, Y and Z arrays to visualize a rectangle with model Rectangle. The image below shows two rectangles of

nu = 8,
nv = 3,
lu = 3,
lv = 2.

Syntax

(X, Y, Z, C) = rectangle(nu, nv, multiColoredSurface, lu, lv)

Type: Integer

Description: Number of points in u-Dimension

nv

Type: Integer

Description: Number of points in v-Dimension

multiColoredSurface

Default Value: false

Type: Boolean

Description: = true: Color is defined for each surface point

lu

Default Value: 1

Type: Distance (m)

Description: Length in direction u

lv

Default Value: 3

Type: Distance (m)

Description: Length in direction v
